Martina McBride, winning Grammys for her style of country music, born in 1966 in Kansas City, USA. She discovered her love of country music through her father, Daryl, who had a local band called The Schifters. In his teens she was part of her father’s band as a singer and keyboards as well.

In 1988 she married the engineer McBride and thereafter decided to use the married name.
